While the "American Showman" was KFC’s way of completely bringing back the Colonel in commercial advertising, the brand also wanted to speak to the heritage of Colonel Sanders in the physical restaurant space.

VGS was brought in by YUM Brands, as well as FRCH, to provide tactical design services to fabricate and implement FRCH's design into real life. We produced construction design documentation, as well as fabrication methodology, for 30+ sign types throughout the space - both inside and out. We worked hand-in-hand with the team to successfully prototype and roll-out to 200+ KFC’s across the U.S. (to-date).

The iconic Bucket chandelier (shown above) was invented here at VGS, in addition to other exceptionally unique décor elements throughout the revived KFC kitchen and dining room space, as well as the drive-thru.
