Shipping & Returns
Products that are in-stock, such as Concurva® Countertop Displays, usually ship within five business days of receipt of order. Because of the myriad of options we offer, many VGS products that can be ordered online are built to order and may require 10 business days to fabricate and ship.
Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground (3-5 business days) unless overnight or second day delivery options are selected when placing your order.
Accounts & Credit
VGS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
If you have established an open account with VGS, we will invoice you on shipment, subject to our credit policy.
New house accounts are opened only for first time orders greater than $500.00. Purchase orders must accompany a credit application and acceptance of order and extension of credit is contingent on credit check.
Inspection Upon Receipt of Order
Upon receipt of order, please immediately open and inspect contents for damage. Please notify us within 5 days at 1-800-203-0301 of any possible damage which may have occurred in the shipping process. VGS has only 5 days to submit breakage claims with shippers. Keep all original packaging materials!
30-Day Return Policy for Stock Items
VGS stock products may be returned for credit pursuant to the terms below.
All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department (800-203-0301) which will issue an RMA number. All cartons being returned must be marked with the assigned RMA#. All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging and properly sealed and protected to prevent damage. RMA’s received back at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited. For your protection, please insure all returned merchandise for its full value.
All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
For all returns, the customer is responsible for payment of both the original outbound shipment as well as the cost of shipping the product back to VGS.
